Exchange Requirements
- A parcel opening video is mandatory to validate and process any exchange claim.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 working days of receiving the parcel.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Verification & Resolution Process
- All exchange claims will be verified within 3–5 working days of submission.
- Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped promptly.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value.

- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return.
