🔹 Exchange Eligibility – Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or non-functional.
🔹 No Change-of-Mind Exchanges – Requests for exchanges due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
Exchange Requirements
📌 A parcel opening video is mandatory to process any exchange claims. (Send via WhatsApp: 0319-6002894)
📌 The exchange request must be submitted within 5 working days of receiving the parcel.
📌 The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Verification & Resolution Process
✔ Exchange claims will be verified and processed within 3 to 5 working days after submission.
✔ Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped at the earliest.
✔ If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a similar product of equal value.
How to Request an Exchange:
1️⃣ Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return.
2️⃣ A parcel opening video is required—no claims will be processed without it.
